Get ready for four flavorful days of celebration as Iloilo Coffee Fest 2025 makes its much-anticipated return this July 17–20 at the Iloilo Convention Center (ICON) in Megaworld, Iloilo City.
Now on its third and biggest run, Iloilo Coffee Fest continues its mission to celebrate the province’s rich coffee heritage—bridging the dynamic café lifestyle in the city with the deep agricultural traditions of its countryside.
Organized by the Iloilo Coffee Board and Iloilo Coffee Council, in partnership with MAFBEX and Worldbex Services International, the event is part of the larger ILOILO TRIO 2025 trade show, a major regional platform for innovation and entrepreneurship.
What to Expect at Iloilo Coffee Fest 2025
Whether you’re a coffee farmer, a barista, a café owner, or simply a coffee lover, this event promises something for everyone. With the theme “Bridging Café Culture and Countryside Roots,” this year’s fest aims to unite all players in the local coffee ecosystem—from seed to cup.

Watch top baristas battle it out in the Iloilo Latte Art Throwdown and Brewdown, supported by Allegro, Alaska Pro, Superhouse, and Equilibrium.
July 19 – ASEAN Barista Team Championship (VisMin Leg)
Cheer for regional talents as they compete in this international-level team competition hosted by the Philippine Coffee Board.
July 20 – Workshops & Learning Sessions
Get hands-on insights with workshops on Milk Science, Coffee Shop 101, Café Marketing, and Specialty Coffee Cupping.
